FORTE – CONCEPT

Forte is made up of two essential “ingredients”: on the one hand the deep love, respect and gratitude to the seafood culinary tradition our childhood was strongly characterized by, thanks to our moms and grannies who have lovingly let us know that incredible cultural heritage, leaving us indelible memories.

On the other hand, the deep and genuine wish to share that heritage, since we are aware that extraordinary reality should never remain confined.

For this reason, on a daily basis, we set sail across the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, searching for the best fish that we propose to our customers.

Ambassador of tradition, passion, love, warmth this is, ultimately, Forte.
